Difference between NK4 Sport and N30 Deluxe Steering Wheels?

The leather on my 95 Roadmaster Wagon (beige) steering wheel is falling apart, and the dye is coming off the vinyl area as well.  I've been thinking about replacing the steering wheel - either finding a used one in decent condition or a replacement (from GMPartsGiant or something similar).  

Could someone explain or show pictures with the difference between the NK4 (Sport) and N30 (Deluxe) Steering Wheel?

Thank you!  Yes - got it, so that means the top one is the NK4 Sport - that's what I have (and what I'm looking to replace/rehab).  Not the best picture (had a toddler in one hand while I was trying to take it), but you'll get the idea:

Looks like the bottom one is what I had in my first RMW (92).  

Unfortunately looks like the NK4 is going to be a bit tougher to repair/replace.  Suggestions are very welcome.

Clean the bejesus out of it,prep it,and SEM paint it. Remove for best results. Boom. New-ish wheel.

Got it. I'll give it a go on the vinyl.

Unfortunately, the leather on top is probably a lost cause - it's crumbling away in my hands at this point.
