I have seen a vette run the Auto X and I have seen a Twin Turbo Mercedes drag race and run 12.0s.
Ed Runnion usually rents a car and does Auto X....
Come see old friends and make new Wagon Friends.

You can just drag race or Road Race or just show or even just eat dinner and bid on B-Body parts.
I am driving 18 hours from Florida to make this show.
I have been to 5 shows and they are great.
Or just come out thong with other wagon folk.
I will have my 1991 OCC there.

Hotels rooms are $95 a night at the host hotel.
Also dont forget the Hotel parking lot "meetings" where everyone hangs out and some crazy thing normally happen.

I'll be there as well in a tan '95 Caprice wagon. Well worth the drive and the money.

@BAD_WAG great to meet you! Heartland Motorsports Park was a fantastic venue, and the staff was super nice. Unfortunately Topeka has been jacking their property taxes for years and the track owners are tired of dealing with it, so it's closing down at the end of 2023.

Yeah, the midwest turnout was pretty abysmal. ISSCA is primarily an east-coast USA group; the Cali guys said "bring it out west and we'll come" and they didn't.  The midwest guys said "bring it out here and we'll come" and they didn't. I drove 750 miles each way from Huntsville, AL; many of the east coast guys had several hundred more miles to drive than I did.So future ISSCA nationals will be exclusively east-coast. The price is an AMAZING deal for what you get: autocross, drag race, road racing, car show and sound off.

2024 and 2025 ISSCA Nats will likely be in Detroit, MI and Knoxville, TN.  Wagons, Roadmasters, Fleetwoods and Caprices are welcome.  Dates will be announced probably around January 2024 so stay tuned.

@sherlock9c1 Greet meeting you too! Agree with you, it was really nice location, too bad they are closing. I am planning on going to the future events, Detroit and Knoxville sound great. Detroit is a long haul, so not sure if I'll bring a car. I want to look into a car hauler and try and get other club guys to go too. Have to see their interest.
