My best friend owned one in high school. It was an 86 monte LS with the 5.0 TBI and checkered aluminum rims. It was metallic grey with red cloth interior IIRC. He sold it for 2k and I didn't have the cash at the time. | |

| That was a good deal for that monte, kevin cadillac.
The motor is a 350 out of a 95 silverado 2500. Don't know the miles, but it was a fleet government truck that had flipped over. The motor was probably one of the cleanest i've ever seen inside. Transmission is a rebuilt 200-4r. It's got an edelbrock intake with a rochester carb. I just drove the car 900 miles from Ky to Fl and it averaged 26mpg at 65-70mph on the interstate. | |
