saw an OCC today

I was at the junkyard today with a friend of mine, and when I walked back to his truck to get something, I saw a super clean white / blue interio OCC with illinois plates, impala ss wheels, a nice sounding aftermarket exhaust, black tint on the back glass and a GRAILSS sticker on the rear vent window. That car wouldn't happen to belong to anyone on here, would it?
