Whoever wrote the process in the FSM for replacing the power antenna in a RMW must have little girl hands and arms.

No idea what the FSM says, but the easy way is to simply remove the outer bolts for the inner fender, jam a piece of 2x4 in between the fender and the inner to hold the inner out of the way, and remove the antenna. I will admit that my skinny monkey arms make it easy. If you're built like Nick/a firehydrant, you will find it tougher.

It only takes a little longer to remove the entire wheelhouse. Then any ham-hand could take it out, no problem.

I should have removed the entire wheelhouse it would have made it a lot easier..

Jay has the process down as the FSM outlines. Next time I will do it with the wheelhouse out it will make putting it back together much easier but will still take most of a day to do the job.

Or maybe install one in the back so I can access it through the inner side panels.. Jeff
