| So, we have had some car shake ups here at home the last few weeks....and here is where the dust settled. Cara (finally) sold her Civic and is in a "new" 2006 Outback. So my wife is a longroofer I swapped out my Caprice wagon for a club member's Caprice Sedan. I hope he gets on here (I know he is a lurker). He had been wanting a wagon for sometime and really liked mine. I had admired his Sedan since I met him and things just worked out. I did keep my OZ wheels though. Both cars had basically the same mileage (but his has some nice mods). Here is a shot a couple years ago when we met at a club cruise. Jade parked next to his Sedan... He has already poured a lot of time and money into the red wagon in the short amount of time he has had it...and a new paintjob is coming soon I hear. Like I said, I hope he joins the forum soon. As he drove away... __________________________ I added some billet door pulls and my usual dash mat (this time I ordered the CoverKing one....it fit much better than the cheap eBay one I bought for the red wagon) Oh, I fixed the sequential rear lights too. That is a pretty cool feature. You can see some pics of the car HEREThis is my first ever Caprice Sedan. I really like the SS's, but would never want to pay the $$ for one. I think this is about as close as I'll ever get! Chris | |

| I thought you had to have the red wagon to haul around your cello? Oh Oh, sorry, that was what you told Cara.

| Glad your happy, but to me the rims seem to suite the wagon better. | |

I kinda agree with you Jarrod...I'd put them on Jade and move the others to this Sedan except, I 'painted' myself into a corner with those wheels. lol...

| Don't put that Subie on a dyno (he-he Crovo)... That Subie is a lot sharper than a Civic for sure!
Hate to see the red wagon go, but the sedan is sharp! Post some interior pics when you can.

| I think the white Caprice needs some Impala SS tail lights, rather than the early TBI-style Caprice ones. Is that on the list??
I do like that car!

| Ha! It is on the list. I snagged a set during my last PaP run a couple weeks ago. :-)
I know the TBI lights are the "cool" mod...but I really like the 93-96 tails better.

Just an idea, I saw one at a car show with the trim that surrounds the light (chrome on Caprice/black on Impala) painted body-color. I thought it looked pretty good, was a white car as well. Might try that. Keep the pics coming! -Mike
