hey guys, so ive got an issue with my passenger side turnsignal, i go to turn it on but it wont flash it just stays on the whole time, no blinking, no clicking noise, the drivers side one works fine, and it seems the bulbs are fine, they just stay on. what could the issue be?

Have another close look at the bulbs. The flasher works by current draw -- more bulbs, (eg: trailer) more current, faster flash. Fewer bulbs (eg: burn out bulb), less current, slow or no flash.

The other possibility is excessive corrosion in one or more connections. Corrosion = resistance = less current.
