Greetings All-

Doing some touch up on interior while I have it all out. I have fixed a few small rust spots with Rustoleum rust converter which turns rust to a black primer but not confident in this stuff. Any recommendations? I have wire wheeled the spots and sprayed them with the converter then top boat after 24 hours. Looks okay but I do not want the rust back!

IMO use POR etch first, then POR 15 is best, all of the rust converters/encapsulators work decent but NOTHING is permanent.
