Do their latert 95 or 96 RMW have a different center flip down console than a 94 console,?

I hate having the useless cassette storage in my 94 console and I am wondering if I can swap in a different console.

Thanks!
Ian

The 96 cars have one with a single door and flipout cupholders instead of the front section that flips down and the second section that opens to the side. I think that's the only difference. Still has cassette storage, though.

Thanks!

The early armrests were nicer, IMHO. I don't care for the long single lid.

I just looked at my armrest with the single lid, It has slots for both cassettes and CD's.

The 94 console also has CD slots, perpendicular to the cassette slots.

Not really. Tomatoes and tommatoes (your spelling) are both round, red, juicy fruits used to make ketchup (or catsup, if you prefer).

A "console" is fixed to the floor, precluding a centre seating position, often incorporating a shifter or other immovable equipment and possibly storage or cupholders. An "armrest" is attached to the seat and folds up to form the backrest for a centre passenger and usually incorporates storage or cupholders but by nature cannot house immovable equipment.

I thought Michiganders, Wisonsonites and Canadians said Kaah?  I guess it's more like Ka.

I don't know anyone around here who ever says Kaah. sounds like a Boston accent to me.
