It has been brought to my attention that one of our members posted some inappropriate pics on the ISSF. I don't know where, when or how and it really isn't important to me at this point as to what happended over there but I won't have it happening here. PERIOD. There are laws about that sort of thing.

As of this second, he has be placed on probation and he is restricted from posting until I can find out the entire story.

This sorta thing can't happen here, even in the Cabaret. I am very easy going on the rules, as long as it doesn't break any laws...

OK... I got to the bottom of this and I have lifted the probation of the member in question and restored his user priveliges. It seems it was a joke that got out of hand and insulted a few individuals. While in poor taste and of questionable nature, it was still deemed "legal" and not pornographic, even though it did depict minors.

In anycase, this is a public forum for cars... We haven't experienced anything like this on our site and we hopefully won't either. We have a good honest group of moderators that will surely delete anything of that nature posted on the public access forums and who also will bring it to my attention if I don't catch it first. One thing is for certain, IF someone does infact post an "illegal" picture, cabaret or not, that will be the last post that person(s) will ever make on this forum and they will immediately be reported to the proper authorities. That is something that isn't tolerated in our society or this forum, period.

In the Cabaret, it is anything goes, except for that. If the photo/video is of someone who is of legal age(18+), then that is fine.

OK, lets get back to the wagons.
