| I just recently passed my driver's test on the first try in my Roadmaster, the instructor even said it was a nice car and that I had guts for bringing such a large car to parallel park in. I have been really enjoying driving it around and to my lifeguarding job. I recently took it to a car show not too far from Philadelphia, it received many compliments and lots of people had stories about when they were kids. I even got to talk to a few guys who had impalas. Since school has been out I have planned some work to do on it, so far my dad and I replaced the water pump back in January, that was a very cold job. More recently I bought a pair of monroe front shocks to replace, it now rides like a Cadillac once again. the drivers side came off nicely, the passenger side however required an air chisel to break the nut off. Next up are a pair of rear air shocks. This is my first try at posting pictures so hopefully it goes well, if not my car is light adriatic blue with wood grain and a leather non-limited blue interior. It currently has 150,000 miles and is a 1995. Now for my families second wagon that we bought back in November. [/URL]It is a 1995 Roadmaster Limited, white with woodgrain and a red cloth interior. I need to get some newer pictures of the interior, those were taken when it was on the car lot, nothings changed, it is just cleaner now. It now has 62,000 original miles. Over the winter and spring we have taken car of patching the rust hole in the quarter panel, we still have to make it look pretty. Also when we pulled the wheels to get it ready for inspection we discovered that the rear inner fenders had some significant rust so my dad and I patched and undercoated it. My mom has really been enjoying driving to and from work. I will hopefully get the hang of pictures and be able to post more often now that I have some more time and projects to do. I hope everybody who is going to wagonfest has a fun, trouble free trip. -James | |
