| I drove my wagon about 50 miles today, decided it hadn't been getting stretched out on the freeway for too long. Promptly hit traffic behind disabled Ford truck at first interchange I needed to take and then hit stop and go traffic on first interchange on the way back home. I went to visit a pick a part yard that just listed a 93 Caprice on their web inventory. Turned out not to be a wagon but it is a 9C1 and I got a couple of interior blue plastic pieces I have been looking to pick up cheap.
Wagon ran great on the road and didn't even move the temp guage past normal (around first mark) during the stop and go in 90 degree heat. I wasn't running so great after sitting with no A/C in the traffic and quickly got home and in the A/C to cool off.

| I only use my Roady as a weekend toy now. It's just for fun, and normally it stays in town, but I drove to and from Temple on Sunday, about 110 miles round-trip. These car LOVE the highway and run better if blown out now and then. | |

| Love your wagon in front of that sign . What is your window tint percentage ? Looks really dark in the cargo area . | |

I don't remember the percentages, but it's not Limo or anything like that. I went dark as legal on the door glass, and then one shade darker on the 1/4 and rear glass. Enough to help block UV rays and to help the A/C cool the car here in the summer. I had Limo on my '89 Custom Cruiser and hated it. Could not see out the back at night and the inside of the car became a hot/dark cave even in the daytime. Learned a lesson back then, going too dark can actually make the car hotter inside...much like owning a black vehicle down here... You want to go shaded, with good UV protection, but to be still be able to see out well at night. My 2-cents! -Mike
