| All you need to know. I’m writing this for first-timers so veterans, bear with me. Overview - Wagonfest’s goals:1. To meet and hang out with other wagon owners, 2. See lots of wagons in one spot, neat modifications, and 3. Swap parts. WF10 will be very similar to WF09 with a few small tweaks and (hopefully) improvements. The overall day schedule remains unchanged. Highlights (New/changed items):• Dinner this year will be available at the park; we will bring in pizza/subs/drinks (for $6/adults, kids 10 and under are free). • An after-dinner cruise is planned back to the Microtel in Waterloo. We will have printed directions available with cell numbers listed so if you get lost or left behind, you aren’t hosed. • Entry fee: in past years, Fred Lesinski generously funded the event. This year, a reasonable per-entry/car fee of $20 will cover the costs. • Chance auction: As a way to help keep costs down, we will be holding a “chance auction.” This should be a lot of fun! See details below.

| Date: Saturday July 31st.
Car focus: This event’s focus is primarily ’91-96 GM B-body wagons. ’91-96 B-body & D-body sedans and other year GM B/D-bodies are also welcome.
Place: Seneca Lake State Park, Geneva, NY, Pavilion #2 (same as last year) Note: New York State charges $8 fee per vehicle to enter the park for the day. Get a ticket and put it on your dash so you can leave and come back during the day if necessary. Bathrooms are a 5-minute walk from where the cars will be. The entire area where we will be is wheelchair accessible, including the bathrooms; no steps anywhere.
Time: 9:30am – Dusk. The park opens at dawn, and you are welcome to come early!

| Parking at the fest: • Follow the WF10 signs to Pavilion #2, turn right, and then right at the pavilion. • Park along the edge of the road in the grass like last year. • Park rules are that we can only park one car length into the grass, so if you can park perpendicular to the road and no more than one carwidth away from the next car, this will help keep the cars closer to the pavillion so folks don’t have to walk as far. | |

| What does the $20 cover? For the last two fests we’ve had 50 cars and about 100 people, from which Fred helped estimate this year's costs. Cost breakout is as follows: $500: Lunch (100 people x $5/person): food, drinks, paper plates, flatware, napkins, etc. $200: Grille rental (this is what it cost last year) $270: Awards (5 plaques at $50/plaque, plus knick-knacks for others) $30: stationary (ballots, nametags, etc, this is what it cost last year). $1000 TOTAL Extra money will first cover any deficits and then get rolled into prizes. Why should I register ahead of time?A: Because all of the items (food, plaques, grille, etc.) need to be paid for ahead of time. Q: Can I register at the event? A: Yes, but I’d really prefer you just did it ahead of time. 1. Send money via pay pal to joel_banyai (at) hotmail (dot) com. Or mail a check to 6889 Thomas Dr, Liverpool, NY 13088. a. $20 registration. lunch is included. b. $6 per person for dinner (children 10 and under are free) NOTE: DO NOT PAY PAL FOR RAFFLE TICKETS, as they do not allow raffle payments per their acceptable use policy and I got my account limited because of it. Just bring cash and pay at the fest. 2. Include the following information: a. Year/Make/Model/color of your car(s) b. # of people attending c. Total number of hamburgers and hotdogs you will eat for lunch. d. Number of people staying for dinner (# adults, # kids). 3. Once your registration is received, I will post your info up on the registration thread. Examples:1. Bob and Suzy and their four kids (age 14, 12, 10, are coming, in Bob's '95 Caprice wagon. Registration total would be: $20 for registration, and 6 x $4=$24 for dinner (Bob, Suzy, and their 14 and 12 year old) = $44. 2. Mike & Diane who own two wagons. $20 for the family for registration, $6x2=12 for dinner, so $32 total. 3. Jay & Chris who are caravanning together but are not family: $20 each so $40 for registration + 2 dinner x $6 = 52.

| Stuff at the park for the kids: • Swingset next to the pavillion • Large grass area for frisbees, soccer balls and stuff (please keep this away from the cars so they stay safe!) • Long walking trails along Seneca lake • Award-winning spray park about 5 minute walk from the Fest.
Stuff for other family members: • Waterloo Outlet Malls are about 20 minutes away. • State park has lots of walking trails. • Downtown Geneva is nearby (5 minute drive), lots of little eateries too.
Rain plans: No rain date. The pavillion has plenty of room for everyone. Pray for no rain. It is rare that it rains all day in Geneva.

| Lodging: There are several hotels in Waterloo and Geneva, as well as campgrounds nearby. The Microtel just east of Waterloo is the preferred hotel spot as we will be hanging out there Saturday night. Microtel contact info: 1966 Route 5 & 20, Seneca Falls, NY - (315) 539-8438 | |

| The Parts Exchange: As you may know, many B-body wagon parts are becoming hard to find, or are heavy or bulky and therefore expensive to ship. One of the most valuable helps to support owners is to provide a venue in which we can make parts available to each other. Thus, there will be an informal parts exchange happening all day at WF10.
Prior to the fest, the GMLR forum will host two threads: Parts for sale, and Parts wanted. This way you can make arrangements ahead of time.
At the fest, we will have a poster board in the pavillion with the same two categories. You are welcome to use the board to see if someone needs what you have or has what you need. For sellers – please type, print and bring your list ahead of time with your name and cell phone number on it, and we will post the papers on the seller board at the pavillion for folks to browse. Do not post prices at the fest per park rules.
Park rules strictly prohibit flea-market type activities, and we need to respect that. You are strongly encouraged to barter! Southerners, bring rust-free parts, and northerners, bring clean, non sun-damaged parts!
With the exception of chance auction items, please keep all items in your car per park rules require an additional permit for formal swap meets. A buyer should find you and then he can inspect the item at your vehicle.

| Chance Auction: New for 2010: there will be a 50/50 chance auction (sometimes known as a Chinese Auction) as a way to both support WF and to have some additional fun. The way it works is this: • You are welcome to bring an item or several items to contribute. • Each item will be setup on a table in the pavillion with a ticket jar next to it. • You can buy as many tickets as you want. $1 a ticket. Buy tickets at the registration desk. • During the afternoon awards, a winning ticket will be pulled from each jar, and the item given to the winner! • The item contributor gets 50% of the number of tickets in his jar. For example, if Joe Schmoe contributes a Roadmaster grille and there are 60 tickets in the jar (before the winning ticket is drawn, of course), Joe gets $30. If he contributes a taillight and gets 42 tickets, then he gets $21. Item guidelines: • You are welcome to bring more than one item to contribute. • The total number of auction items will be limited (perhaps 50 or so) so as to keep the auction from going too long. • On the morning at the fest, bring your items (or a list of them if they are bulky) to the pavillion. A few volunteers will survey all of the prospective items and choose which ones will be used as part of the auction. This is done both to stay within the limit, and also to make sure we don’t end up with 4 driver’s side taillights. If your item doesn’t get chosen, don’t take it personally. Just list it on the swap board and you can sell it that way! • Good examples of items include mechanical parts such as working optisparks, water pumps, ignition coils, washer fluid tanks, coolant tanks, driver’s door hinges, unobtanium such as woodgrain trim, taillights, grilles, headlights, power mirrors, stainless trim, power antennas, center caps, sail panels, seats, serpentine belts, interior trim, window rollers, etc. • Stuck EGR valves, dead optisparks or broken Roadmaster grilles do NOT count (though you are welcome to simply bring items to give away if you want). • Please contact Sherlock9c1 if you have a question regarding your item.
Items must either be new or working, undamaged usable condition – no junk.
All funds generated from the auction will be used only towards costs of the wagonfest or towards prizes.
