The 8v-71 2 stroke detroit engines usually managed 6-7 mpg in the buses,. depending on the load carried,. the terrain,. and weather conditions,.

I know that longroof well.  Haven't seen it in years, since the Bread & Puppet Domestic Resurrection Circus and the Vermont Reggae Festival ceased happening.

The interior is exquisite.  The Utube post doesn't do it justice.  It is all handcrafted in wood using techniques from yacht interiors, and the craftsmanship is superior.

The guys that ran it when I was familiar (a decade and two ago) are great.  They'll go heavy on the Yeshua talk if you express interest, but are not pushy about it. Just extremely social and kind.
If you ever see it around, stop by and they'll ask you in and show you around (they love showing it off and social interaction is kinda why they have it).
I'm thrilled to see that they, and the bus, are still around.
