Hot Rod Power Tour 2016 - Round Rock to Taylor Texas - The Power Tour was here in Austin on Monday at the Circuit of the Americas F1 racetrack, and then drove right through my hometown of Round Rock yesterday morning. I could not take off work Monday, but went in late yesterday, and I loaded up my Dad and my kids and we drove the Roadmaster and the '82 Z28 with the tour from Round Rock to Taylor Tx, and then parked there downtown and watched the cars pass by.

I counted five GM Longroofs, and a TON of other wagons too, along with enough awesome rides to please anybody. I about melted my phone, took 700 pics...there were over 2000 cars on the tour, including Rutledge Wood from American Top Gear and the guys from ROADKILL in their hot rod C10 pickup.

I was told their were 7000 cars at the F1 track, and over 2000 on the Tour itself. I was only there two hours....and took over 700 pics. I missed a lot of cars!

I really want to get on this tour one summer for more than 30-miles. SO much fun!

Ive heard rumors they made sedan versions of our cars didnt see many represented.

Don't even try talking to those odd ball sedan owners...I have heard that they can be nasty...something about being pissed off for only receiving half a great car?

Yep they're jealous...

I have a feeling that there will be growing numbers of our cars on Power Tour, maybe even a few Sedan owners.
