| Hey guys, my low coolant light was recently triggered although ofcourse the resovoir is full. The coolant level obviously is bad. I cannot locate the sensor anywhere online. It mounts to the bottom of the coolant resovoir. Ive found pictures of the sensor but no actual sensor for sale! Where can i buy one? | |

| I have seen others comment that if you whack it hard it will start working again. | |

| You can waste your money if you like, but pounding on the reservoir will quickly free up that stuck float. Works every time. | |

| The sensor is molded into the tank and is not serviced separately. A complete reservoir is PN 12528777 and is just shy of $100.00.
It might be a good idea to double check the wiring and connector. | |

| Or just unplug it. The light will go out. Don't let it get empty. | |

| I had the same problem with my 96 Roady right after I bought it. Posted the same question here, Jayoldschool posted same fix, and it worked. Laughed my ass off. It's never come on again after 4 or so years. | |
