| Hi all! A few weeks back, i hit a rock, or should I say a rock hit the car, and cracked the grill. Went on the auction site, and bought one that was rough, but cheap enough. I planned on painting it body color anyway. It's looking pretty good, just getting to the finishing touches really. I'm thinking of painting vertical stripes (a la BMW m-series) on the grill in the Buick colors, as well as adding a GS badge. I put together a poor photoshop of what I'm thinking. I should kick myself for considering asking the internet for advice but you guys are a good lot. Also not sure if I should black out the grill entirely or leave the teeth shiny. Thanks! P.S. The BUICK logo itself, leave it body color or paint gloss black? | |

| I agree, the middle one. If the chrome is shot, I'd black-out the grill too.
Post Pics when done please!

| I don't have the GS badge yet, but that gives me time to paint the grill! On close inspection, it's obviously hand painted, not even that well. From a couple feet away though? It looks kinda slick! I'm digging it. After a couple days I'll spray the clear, and it'll be ready for the car! | |

I think that number may be wrong, Bob - looks like the sedan grille to me. | |

| Crap. My cred is working its way to zero. 10211249 is the correct wagon P/N. Same price. Thanks for the correction. | |
