This car was SO CLEAN. I hated to sell it. Came from Houston originally, was a one-owner car with 39K miles on it. It was a great car but only had the weak little 307 olds in it. Other than the fact that it was gutless I really loved it. Always wanted to drop an Olds 350 or 455 in it but it never did happen. Sold it to an Olds collectore so at least it went to a good home. One of a kind!

The little-old-lady traded it to the local Toyota dealer for a new Corolla. Ha! Enjoy the pics!

Very nice! That was a clean wagon...I like the while and red cloth interior too Wink

I really do miss it. Was one of those you regret selling the second the car pulls away. You just hardly see them set up like that one was.

Sweet! I love it! My first wagon looked just like it. Mine was a all white '88 OCC w/blue cloth, and the same Cutlass salon blue steering wheel, originally from Fla., 92,000 miles, same wheels, small Buick center caps (left the chrome lugs visible) with Olds center stickers on them. I didn't have the chrome air cleaner lid, but I modified my housing with another intake snorkel to make it a duel snorkel, (still have it) looked cool, but didn't make any performance difference. Man I loved that car, it was slow, but that car started the wagon sickness for me.

I still keep in touch with the new owner. He shot me some new pics. He's added lower profile tires and painted the bare aluminum on the wheels black. He installed police-spec sway bars and says it handles like a Camaro now. It's still got the 307 in it though.

He also added dark red pin stripes to the bumper trim and on the side chrome trim. Not sure about that "upgrade" but to each his own. Glad he still likes it and is keeping it nice.

The bum pulled off my Wally World sticker though and added Surfing stickers! SAD. Ha!

I can see why you hated getting rid of it. That's a sharp car. I had a 88 Buick LeSabre Estate that had that same gutless motor. Good driving car though.
