Wiper Arm removal to reroute washing hoses Empty

Connection has come loose on the rubber hoses under the wiper arm used to wash the windshield glass. Am trying to remove the fascia that runs underneath the driver's side to access and repair. Does wiper arm have to be removed, or will the fascia slide up and over the arm? Dogging me, and would like this accessory to work as designed. Easy fix?????

The cowl will pass the wiper arm when you remove the small piece below the arm. If the hose/fitting is broken, you may have to replace the whole hose assembly. It is nearly impossible to replace individual parts. There are two metal clips under the cowl that hold it in place. The ends are extremely brittle, and will break with little provocation. I keep spares for that part. You should be able to remove the screws under the hood seal, and just lift the cowl to access the hose manifold.
