As I'm sure everyone knows, Fred is bringing the meat for the dinner. I'm going to stop beforehand and get some non perishable stuff (plates, plastic ware, chips, etc), and get fresh stuff (salad, cookies, etc) at the local Publix just before dinner. I would suggest everyone bring their own steak knife, since we've learned in the past that plastic doesn't cut steak very well! As has been stated earlier, 20 bucks per head gets you a steak, salad, sides, chips, and dessert. If you haven't been before, the hotel has a nice outside area by the pool with tables that we kind of take over for the evening. Looks like the weather report is showing low 70's and no rain (so far), so it's looking good!

Plastic will cut the steaks if they are rare, or medium rare, but I will not guarantee plastic will cut anything cooked further.

There is a covered area if it does decide to rain.

Last year the steaks were so tender I literally just cut it with a fork.
