I got a full set of stainless from these folks. The shop I work with installed them said the fit wasn't perfect but they work quite well, no issues after a couple years.

You can not get direct replacement lines new. You can only get them from a donor 91-93 wagon. Your other option is to make a set from scratch. You will be heating them to form the bends. Pressure line is 3/8 and return line is 5/16. The pressure line is in 2 pieces; tank to filter, and filter to steel line. The return line is 1 piece from the tank to the metal line.
The metal lines are not available new either. You can get them from any 91-93 B or D body. You can also get them from 89-92 Fleetwood Cadillacs. The Cadillac lines have a Schrader port on them so you can check your fuel pressure. The 93 Cadillac lines are shaped a little different, but will bolt in perfectly.

The line from the filter to the engine is the same on wagons and sedans.

Making your own with NiCu (nickel copper) line is much easier than stainless and just as corrosion resistant to road chemicals. They bend like a stiff coat hanger.

Is that better than re-running nylon lines?

If you make metal lines, you need some sort of adapter to fit the lines to the TBI and the fuel filter.
