| A quick question, if I am at cruising speed and speed up slightly on a marginal incline and the car studders like a rumble strip when unlocking the converter, is that torque converter shudder? It doesn't do it if I speed up aggressively and down shift nor does it do it when I accelerate and brake to test the lock up. Only on gradual acceleration and mostly when using cruise control. I did a fluid and filter change with DEXRON III about 3 months ago and this has started in the last couple of weeks. It does not do it going into fourth gear only coming out. The car did a more violent version 5 years ago when I bought it and had cleared up with fluid changes and some shudder fix. I did not replace the shudder fix when I did this fluid change instead I did the Lube Gard ATF Protectant. Should I still use the Shudder Fix? | |

| had my 94 rmw doing that, but I had a full flush done on it, not just fluid and filter, and the shudder went away, my car only has about 153,000 miles on it though. | |

| You can get a shudder stop at NAPA. It worked temporarily in my OCC until the 3/4 gave up. | |
