Was working on the rear brakes and noticed a disconnected wire tied off. Crawled under the car and found this.

Was thinking it might have been for air shocks, but I don't know for sure.

It is for the air shocks. If you want to put dual exhausts on the car, it will have to go. If the shocks are shot, it will run until it seizes the compressor.
