Wagonfest Host Hotel

So here is the negotiated rate with the hotel

Best Western Speedway

King - 261 and some change out the door with taxes (116 per night) for Fri/Sat nights
Double - 281 and some change out the door with taxes  for Fri/Sat nights

You have to call the hotel directly at 386-258-6333 and mention Wagonfest group rate for March 22nd and 23rd.


This is about $20 per night LESS than last year!
Sure you can book a non-refundable room for $7 less, but ours can be cancelled up to the day before.
We have a block of 10 rooms guaranteed at this rate.  I know 2 of them are booked already.

I just booked mine, got the $281rate for both nights. Looking forward to some fun in Daytona.

Just signed the booking for 10 double rooms and 4 King rooms. Last year, only 4 rooms TOTAL were booked for "Wagonfest". PLEASE mention Wagonfest when you book, this helps lower our rates (and helps predict next years requirements).

I just booked a room. I also fly gyrocopters and the Wagonfest always seems to occur at the same time as Bensen Days but this year it isn’t so I will finally make it!
