Gotta See PICS! Cedar Park TX Sat Cruise-In - 4x4 Olds wagon!

Hi Gang. Worked in the yard ALL DAY (Story in Other section) and despite being totally wiped out I sprayed the dust off the Cutlass, popped of the T-tops and headed to the show around 7pm.

Good show tonight! Lots of new stuff. Temps in the upper 70's, big full moon. Good times. When I got there I was SHOCKED at one vehicle...check this Custom Cruiser out!

On the way home I pulled in Don Hewlett to look at a used Silverado SS, and nabbed this pic. Hard to tell but I think it's kinda cool after all these years they still have Oldsmobile on their large sign out front, under Chevrolet


Drove home with the t-tops off under a big full moon. Nice end to the day!

As always great pics Mike.You sure put a lot of effort into these posts and we appreciate it.The blue Challenger and the 69 orange Camaro RS are my favorites.My neighbor and friend of over 40
years has a built 70 Challenger with a Dart 588 cube engine running very low 10s.Car should be in the high 8s low 9s but he is understandably terrified of the car.He says the fear is what makes it fun.I asked him how much fun can he take before his heart gives out.Sorry I am rambling,must

Glad you like the pics. I really enjoy the weekly cruise-in. Jim if you go see your neighbor I'd love to see pics of his car. I'm a big fan of the "Vanishing Point" body Challengers.

The Rebel Machine was my favorite last night. I'd never seen one in person, only in pics. I like that the hood tach is part of the hood scoup. Neat stuff!

The Mustang II was funny. Man that blue interior was BRIGHT. Don't see those much anymore. My buddy Doc with the green Maverick was in love with that little Stang. Ha!

And I know man don't like them but that Quicksilver '06 GTO was gorgeous. I wish I could afford one for a daily driver. It sounded awesome, was a 6-spd and had the optional 18-inch wheels. I'll have one of those sooner or later.
