PostSubject: T56 95 Impala SS - NH   T56 95 Impala SS - NH Icon_minitimeSun Jun 12, 2011 4:02 pm

Hello,

It's time to move on to another toy for me. So I'm selling my pride and joy! I've had it about 6 years, and it has been completely rebuilt in that time. Car is an actual Dark Cherry Metallic (maroon) Impala Super Sport. Body has 199K on it. Car is loaded with everything available that year. This car is well known in the Impala community. It's one of the ones that everyone knows about. And it COULD BE YOURS! This car was built by me, and my friends, and was built right. As I mentioned before, everything has been replaced in this car since I have owned it! I wouldn't hesitate to take it anywhere. Just hit the key and GO!

Modification List:

Body:
Smooth fiberglass bumpers, front and rear, molded in
Wheel well trim shaved
Side moldings shaved
Antenna shaved
Trunk lock shaved
Glasstek 2" cowl hood
Re-sprayed DCM paint with Charcoal flames - looks AWESOME!
All Impala badges and sidescripts "ghosted" with pearl under the clearcoat
Tinted windows
New Headlights and marker lights
Smooth 91 tails

Drivetrain/Suspension:
Stock motor has about 170K, recently torn down and inspected. Still has factory crosshatch on cylinders! Gotta love synthetic oil! All new gaskets, opti, plugs, wires, sensors, etc.
Crane valvesprings
SSRI ram air intake with polished "Y" inlet tube and dual cone filters
Corvette Fuel Rail covers
T56 six speed manual swap from a 97 30th Anniversary Camaro done with the F2B swap kit
Tubular crossmember
TruTrac with 4.10 gears
Clear Image Automotive headers
3" Dual exhaust
Inland Empire Aluminum Driveshaft
Bilstein Shocks
Hotchkis Springs all around
Hotchkis Sway Bars, front and rear
15"x8" Chrome Wheel Vintiques Chevy Rallye Wheels with Firestone Firehawk Indy 500 tires. 295/50's rear and 255/60's front. LOVE the look. Get a ton of compliments on 'em, too!
UMI Performance boxed rear lower control arms
Russell Braided Stainless brake lines, including 5th line
Brakes recently done on all 4 corners, rotors, calipers, pads. Rotor hats and Calipers painted high temp gloss black.
Front end rebuilt about 40K miles ago
Recent fuel pump
9C1 Body Bushings
Power Steering cooler

Interior:
Custom two-tone black and grey.
Z28 instrument cluster with flamed overlay
A-pillar pod with Autometer ProComp Ultra Light Gauges (Oil Pressure & Coolant temp)
Autometer ProComp Ultra Light Gauges in cluster surround (Volts & AFR)
Blue illumination
Pioneer CD stereo with Sirius Tuner
Audiobahn 6.5" seperates up front and 6x9's in the rear
Bazooka mono sub amp (the old, good ones!) with 2 Kicker CompVR12's on baffleboard in trunk
Wood grain trim in place of the black trim
Polished aluminum door pulls
Black Caddy Carpet
S10 Center console
B&M knock-off 6 speed shifter

I know there's a bunch more that I can't remember. I've been building and modding this car for years.

Frame is solid, and body is in great shape. A little bubble behind the driver's rear wheel where water apparently got in due to the shaved wheelwell trim. No protection there. D'oh.

I love this car and she has been great to me. It's just time to move on to a different project. I'm building my Buick now, and could use the funds for that.

She runs and drives great. Handles like a champ. Stops on a dime. Come drive it and you'll be a believer!

$6900

Would like to move it quick, so shoot me an email!

Thanks for looking,
Bill

Bill this is something you will regret doing for the rest of your days.A Sabaru is not worth it
even though its a wagon. No matter what you do to the Sabaru it will NEVER compare to
your Impala.Please dont do this!

Man I hate to see this one go.....seriously. A 6-spd Impala is a Holy Grail cars as far as I'm concerned.

Good luck with the sale and hope the funds can fix your other toys.
