Anybody have one? They used to be listed on RockAuto as Police/Taxi/Fleet but aren't anymore. Now they list some as HD, but I've also seen regular wagon springs referred to as HD. Anybody know? Looking to get a pair for the front and cut a coil from them.

Why wouldn't you just get a pair of used SS springs if you want to drop the nose a little. They work great on the front, just not the back.

They raised the nose of my car. Higher spring rate but a shorter spring. The wagon front end is lighter than the Impala, heavy butt you know.

If you use SS springs in the back, the nose will rise. I've never heard of the nose rising with front SS springs only.

Yeah, I've heard both, so I wasn't really sure.

I put SS springs on the front of mine and the nose dropped to SS height.
