| I normally hang out over at chevytalk, but found this thread over at the H.A.M.B......working on a 1965 Chevrolet Bel Air wagon. Originally 283/power glide equipped. Currently has 30 over 396 (Comp Cam small thumper, Edelbrock RPM air gap with 750 carb, pertronix ignition, stock exhaust manifolds, but dual exhaust with Flowmaster 40 series mufflers). I am in need of one piece of trim, driver's side stationary rear side glass...outside lower trim that runs from the front of the glass to the rear corner (needs to be Bel Air, not Impala as it is stainless). Thanks Brian B. Here is some pictures.... [img][/img] | |

| NICE! I hope you'll post more pics when she comes together. Very nice color choice for that body. That color looks like the "copperhead" 1967 Chevy shortbed that was on the TV show "Trucks" awhile back. | |

| On the cars in the background...the friend who painted the car, they are his cars ('65 Studebaker, Opel GT, El Camino, '67 Tempest custom convertible). A few more updates on the wagon.....colors are 2008 Cashmere gold (top), 2008 Sunburst orange metallic (bottom) both GM colors. Also 396, 30 over...10:1 compression, small thumper camshaft, 750 Edelbrock, pertronix ignition, dual exhaust with flowmaster 40's.[img] [/img] [img] [/img] [img] [/img] | |

| Making plans to have road worthy (ok, most of the bugs worked out to drive a long distance) to do the long haul at Hot Rod power tour 2012. May have the interior in, just not finished.
Hoping to have enough credit card room to afford the gas! | |
