| Well since I have neglected my baby for a bit,... I decided to start putting my list of parts together for it. Here are some of the goodies I have acquired thus far for the much needed makeover. 2 - Rust free inner wheel wells for the front Southern radiator support on its way- Thanks Fred Kiehl money is in route New chrome rear bumper (yup I said that) New Bilstiens for the front (back ones are already in) New front springs have been sitting here just not in. Back ones are in. Near New GM Upper control arms from Mike Just need lower bushing to complete all new front end. Picked up 4 good used door panels from Bill Good low mileage motor is here just needs a new paint job which will match body color. Tranny cooler is here New radiator is already in. New tranny lines are on the way. and New Clarion CD player with Bose speakers are here.
Still up in the air is the where to buy new Tranny. I stopped by dealer and they told me to buy from someone else only because they don't sell new ones only rebuilt. So stopped by Autozone and they want $1000 and comes with 3 year warranty. Extra $120 for converter. Not ordered yet but thinking about it.
Oh yeah I alsmost forgot New color theme is possible. Don't worry it will look good when done. The interiro is what will slow me down the most. Well that's it for now.

| Jarrod, the clock's ticking, you have until July 28th to get it together.

| Tom, I have 5 full months until the fest. Not a lot of time,... hope to get most of it done. Intertior will be the hardest.
Stingaroo, I think I can if I get it done the color scheme will be to my liking for sure.
David, I found a bumper that is really close to what will fit this puppy. That is why I needed those ends piece's from a rollpan.
Thanks Mark she deserves it.

| Nick it is if you know what color your going, As of right now I think the tan interior will still be in it at wagonfest. I MIGHT be looking for some Blue seats when it is all said and done. | |

| You do get a good warranty with a GM unit though (Trans) Ask Mike P about that, it came in handy for him!!
Can't wait to see what you do with your baby!

| On the transmission - if you plan on driving long distances, it's really hard to beat the GM goodwrench remans. Don't worry on getting a new one versus rebuilt - all the wearables are replaceable anyway. Oftentimes they have a parts & labor warranty good at any GM dealership.
FWIW, I've got a Jasper reman in my wife's 99 Chrysler and it's gone 3 years / 40k with no problem against a 3yr / 100k warranty.

| I agree with Joel. 2y 100K mile warranty. or is it three year? Either way, not a bad deal except for the labor of course, heh | |

| That's just the ROMAN catholic. Baptists don't have an age limit.
There's plenty of time for a T56 conversion......
