| Man that antenna just barely clears! Was your factory antenna broken?
I'm still torn about the radio in my OCC. I want to replace it but want to keep the factory look. I'm in the same boat you were. Can't find a good factory CD radio.

| well the first mechanical mod was the home plate delete mod, back in late march when I first picked up the wagon in Jacksonville. since then I've just done some basic maintenance and some of that was well past due in being done.
this past thursday/friday I drove the wagon out to Flint where Bewber and I thrashed all out on the wagon in an 11 hour marathon.
we pulled the posi our of BigDaddy Derek's old 93 RMW, drained it, changed the pinion seal, added new fluid, put her back together.
And yes chris the little aluminium posi tag is back on and visible
we then put on new wheel cylinders, and a new rear flex line. new shoes.
we then pulled the rear end out of my 95. it looked wrong to both of us, it looked like it was tilted forward in the wagon and the springs were not seated right and where tight up on the original 17 year old factory air shocks. that explains the poor ride quality it had.
we removed the old shocks, I then installed a pair of new monroe sensitracts the heavy duty ones. I've used them in the past and like them and work well with what I put my wagons through. we used the heavier springs off Derek's wagon. we then finished off the breaks, bleed them.
by 9pm I was on the highway heading home. the posi works well, as do the new rear brakes and the ride is a lot more like my roadmaster's ride.
Over all I'm happy with the results of the thrash session
the only glitch is that the speedo now read in the mid 90's when doing 70 mph
I now need to get the computer adjusted and set up with the new gear ratio and a possible tune.

| Looks great Pat. Ever think about the cat eye grill to give it more of a 90's Pontiac look? | |
