The benefits of having a body shop. I got these out of a pair of 2003 CTS junk headlight. Looks like I need to buy a set of clear headlights.

Those look like the low beams on Mike T's headlights.

Is Mike T still doing business of any kind, or has he thrown in the towel, so to speak?

I have been trying to get my hands on a set like that. Cut the back of the existing lights and insert them directly into them.

Ok here is both piece's cut and ready to retrofit into an old headlight I have here. the chrome housing is made of fiberglass so making mounting tabs on it an easy task.

Aren't those bulbs considered a projector type bulb as opposed to the reflective style in most headlights? If that is the case, the reflector would not be needed, except for the mounting of the bulb. Correct??? Just thinking out loud.

The projecter lense on the left is the low beam and has no reflective backing. The reflective one on the right is the high beam so it must be used as shown for it to work properly. I will need to rewire the lights in order to get this to work.

Well a little progress. I am working with right side pieces in a left side housing, and it doesn't look to bad.
