| How about Memphis? Wagons at Graceland? I bet there are some nice parks down on the Mississippi that would be nice for hosting a fest. Best BBQ I ever had was in Memphis. Needs to be in the fall or spring though....HOT in the summer there! | |

| I have read that the neighborhood surrounding Graceland is in terrible shape, safety-wise. Someone who lives there would have to weigh in with their view. | |

| All it takes is someone to organize it. My best wishes. Let me know if I can be of help.

agreed... as well as the area up near you. we'd have to find "friendly" neighborhoods for us to stop at. I can vouch for some of the areas around me (Northwest Indiana). But maybe you guys south of us can find some cool places to meet up at?

| I'll vote for Memphis too! The area surrounding Graceland is currently being revitalized. It's a neat place for a day trip with the car museum and all but I wouldn't stay around there over night. The oulying suburbs ( one of which I live in) are a better place to stay. One idea for a gathering would be Shelby Farms. It's the largest urban park in the country. We also have the Memphis International Raceway near by with lots of events going on throughout the year including weekly test and tune. The last Friday of each month is Midnight Madness with live music, car show, test and tune and bikini contest. | |

| I should also add that Memphis is home to the nicest AAA baseball park in the country, AutoZone Park. A great place to hang out at a game. If folks would be up for a Wagon excursion, a cool destination is the Tupelo Auto Museum. | |

Then of course there's the Chicagoland Speedway... it's about 2 hour drive from I-65 http://www.chicagolandspeedway.com/?homepage=trueso... the question is... who wants to organize this badboy?

| There is the Annual Lloyd and Sean's B-body bash. If thee isn't enough people to put together a Wagonfest Mid-West, or to settle on a location with someone to organize, it would be a place some of us could meet up. At this years event I was able to meet Cory (MrBuick), Bewber and jimbeau. If go to the post on ISS forum on page 3 you can see a few pics and a short video of Cory doing a burnout with his wagon. | |

| From the first post in that thread. The one thing that could be a problem is that it is held on the Saturday of Memorial day weekend. It is just outside of Racine, WI. here is what is stated in the 1st post from the link I posted. - Quote :
- It is reasonably located approximately 14 miles north of the Wisconsin/Illinois state line, approximately 1.5 miles east of I94/41
