I can sell you a AIR Pump Deleted sticker for $4 if you think that will work.
It looks a lot like the official GM AIR Pump Disabled sticker, but costs about $15 less.
Some people keep a copy of the technical service bulletin in the glove compartment, just to show at the test station. It doesn't apply to the 1994 cars, and it only tells the dealership to pull the relay, but no one at the emissions station ever actually reads it.
Not sure If the decal would work, in Ohio the vehicle actually gets put on rollers and they test it as if the vehicle was on the road @ 25mph.. here are my readings from the failed test:
HC actual reading (97.4 ppm) limit is 95.0 ppm CO actual reading (0.75%) limit is 0.53% NO actual reading (1945.8 ppm) limit is 645.0 ppm
since the test I have installed a charcoal canister with new lines (did not have one when purchased) put some Techron in the tank and I have replaced air filter, pcv valve, replacing plugs and oil change tomorrow but still missing that smog pump kind of hesitant on retaking the test with out it....any ideas would be greatly appreciated
