Sorry for the bad pics. It was dusk. No good pics today... Maybe once I finish it up I'll have my brother meet me somewhere with his super duper DSLR (or whatever it is) camera.

I agree. Painted wheels went out of style in the early 90s, they will go out of style again soon. Center caps will finish it off nicely.

I think that the window decals take away from the car (since we are all throwing out 2c).

Painted wheels are very much in style. Not a lot of cars being built these days with all chrome anymore. Those wheels are painted, they're just grey.

Yeah, I agree with the decals. But I'm kinda attached to them, so they'll probably stay. It's not a show car, just a driver.

As far as the rims, I still have enough paint to do it if I change my mind. But I have other plans in the works that tie the rims in a bit more, not just the 1/4" color-matched to the rims pinstripe...

Yeah I like the wheels as they are. Car looks good. Now get some real photos.

Read what I wrote again. I know the wheels are painted. I know "colour matched" wheels are back in style. They will go out of style... soon.
