I do not know the part number, but there are 2 types. One for 40 plus tooth driven gears, another for less than 40 tooth driven gears.
This site is where to start: http://www.transmissioncenter.net/
Go about 1/3 of the way down the page, and click on Speedometer World. Go about 1/4 of the way down the page. They have both types.

Some of the driven gears are not available. The gears are color coded for size, to get the correct speed, depending on your differential gear ratio, and tire size.

TCI still has a pretty good selection of gears!

I've found a good sensor at Rockauto.com and last week I found the time to change the sensor. It was a very easy job.

The old one was in a bad shape...

And after 10 minutes or so, a fresh new sensor in its place.

And the speedometer now works like new! Thanks again everybody.
