| I was wondering if anyone knows for sure if the seats from a 92 Roady wagon will hook up electrically with my 96. I know the seats will obviously fit, but I wanted to know if the door mounted controls (along with the pre set selections for the seat) would all work, in a "plug and play" fashion if I just swapped seats. I found some 92 seats in the tan leather color, very nice shape, with a manual recline. I did not want to get into a bunch of re wiring just to transfer the seats. Thanks. | |

| If the seats coming out are non-limited, and the seats going in are non limited, yes, they are plug and play. Back seat is not a bolt in. | |

| Keep in mind the 92 tan is different from the 96 tan. | |

| My car is the limited, and the other car is not, and the non limited style is the one I prefer. Tim, I didn't realize that the tan color is different from 92 to 96. I thought it just looked different in the photo of the 92 I saw. | |

| Yeah the '92 tan isn't "tan" it's really "Camel."
All the TBI -> LT1 colors are slightly different from one another, really. |

All the TBI -> LT1 colors are slightly different from one another, really. Well kinda. The early tan is very bright (91-92) the second color is the camel (92-93) and the third (95-96) is in between and my favorite. But I believe electrically they are all the same. As a matter of fact even the Bonneville seats of that era will plug into our harnesses. | |

| The limited has a different rail system than the non-limited if I recall correctly. The Limited is like the FW. You can adapt the cabling, but I am not sure if the non=limited seats will bolt up on the Limited rails. I believe the rails for the non-limited run on jack screws, and the Limited has a lever actuation system. | |
