Wanted: Class III hitch for 96 Roadmaster Wagon

Like the title says, I'm looking for a class III hitch for my wagon. Thanks, Mike

Uhaul has them brand new.

Went that route. I have $300 tied up with them. I called the company that they get them from and they only have a class II. The only option is fabricate or get used.

There is a very good detailed sketch/blue print on this forum. If I'm not mistaken, its under the towing section.

If I may be nosy, when did you do this? They only very recently started carrying them again. Until then one had to take their car to Uhaul to have one custom made, but now you can order one direct.

U-Haul doesnt have or make them anymore

TTT. Does anyone have one that I can get dimensions from? I need at least the width of the bar. Thanks.

48 3/4" is the width (length) of the horizontal main bar. It sticks out about 3/8" from either end of the upright steel plates that attaches to frame.
