Had my triy's re-done. The original company does not guarantee them and they began to rust.

Unfortunately the headers rusted very quickly this time.  So Jet Hot re did them I talked them into doing my cats due to the issues.  Just bolted them up.

After they rust again, consider finding a coating place that does Ceramikrome. I had my AS&M headers done over ten years ago, and they still look the same.

Jet Hot is supposed to be the best of the best. Lifetime warranty coated inside and out. We will see how their second attempt hold up.

Ok so they did not hold up. Dulling on the top and chipping off by the collectors. Dropped by the factory on Friday. They think my engine is cooking the aluminum out of the coating. They want to use a color so it will hold up better. Picked extreme 1300 titanium. Will have them redone after wf front royal.

After they fail again, use CERAMIKROME. I hate to say I told you so... but...

.....but you got to much enjoyment out of saying it.

I looked at their process and product and it seems to be the exact same or very similar process. Both rated to 1300* Fahrenheit. and CeramaKrome does not seem to have any type of warranty to it, but one of the installers does list a 1 year warranty. JetHot puts a lifetime warranty and they pay the shipping both ways in the first year, one way thereafter. If my motor is burning off the Jet Hot it will likely have the same results from this process. The folks at the factory are taking great care of me so far so I will continue to try to work with them. If they don't get it right this time I will look into it further.

I got zero joy from saying it. I would be happy if your Jet Hot doesn't fail, again. No one wants to do something twice.

Good luck.
