| Welp I thought I posted earlier but oh well...
I have a misfire along with about 13 codes...
P0100
P0103
P0107
P0300
P1107
P1171
P1545
P1546
P1626
I just got done putting spark plugs in, last owner says he put a opti spark in and wires which looked fine.
I will post pics of the codes here in a minute..

| Rule 1 of Opti's..... stay away from the cheap Chinese knockoffs. I went through 4 of them in 4 months.
Now for the codes:
p0100: Mass Air Flow Sensor Possible causes - Faulty mass air flow sensor - Intake air leaks - Dirty mass air flow sensor - Dirty mass air filter - Mass air flow sensor harness is open or shorted - Mass air flow sensor circuit poor electrical connection
p0103: Same as above
P0107 - Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit Low Input Possible causes - Faulty Manifold Absolute Pressure sensor - Manifold Absolute Pressure harness is open or shorted - Manifold Absolute Pressure sensor circuit poor electrical connection - Faulty Engine Control Module (ECM)
P0300 - Cylinder Misfire Detected Random Cylinders Possible causes - Faulty spark plug (s) - Faulty ignition coil (s) - Clogged or faulty fuel injector (s) - Intake air leak - Fuel injectors harness is open or shorted - Fuel Injectors circuit poor electrical connection - Ignition coils harness is open or shorted - Ignition coils circuit poor electrical connection - Insufficient cylinders compression - Incorrect fuel pressure
P1107 - Manifold Absolute Pressure Sensor Circuit Low Voltage
P1171 - Rotor Sensor Fault..... AKA opti failure
P1545 - A/C Clutch Relay Control Circuit
P1546 - Air Conditioning Clutch Feedback Circuit Low Voltage
and for the coup de gras........
P1626 - Theft Deterrent Fuel Enable Signal Not Received/ B+ Supply To VCRM A/C Circuit Malfunction
My advise is to check the intake tubes and VERIFY that all is closed and tight. air leaks cause all kinds of problems. reset all the codes and see what comes back. Sometimes voltage fluctuations mess with the computer.

| Every one of those codes could be caused by a low voltage condition. You did some work and now this occurs suddenly? I'd look carefully in the area you were working for a ground or other connection(s) that may have been disturbed. | |

Sometimes voltage fluctuations mess with the computer. Thanks a whole hell of a lot for this man... now more questions if ya don't mind... Ok I understand I will probably need a new mass air flow sensor because upon further investigation the radiator had a crack in it and it sprayed all around the "cold air intake" the old air filter was rusty (replaced now) and there seemed to be reminiscent of anti freeze on the MAF sensor. So I have cleaned it twice now... Things I have done since I have owned it: Oil cooler gaskets (twice) Oil cooler lines Spark plugs Radiator New coil

| your signature says a 93 wagon?
all these problems happened after the spark plug change?
Is it possible you have a couple of wires crossed?

| I traded my 93' Caprice for a 96' RMW...
Well the first few things I did were change the rad out and oil cooler gaskets drove it for like a week then the previous owner was like ya hey that thing had a miss I could never figure out... -_-
Friday night is when it started missing...

| Welp narrowed it down, MAP sensor and cylinder 8 misfire...
Can anyone shed some light on where my map sensor is at?
