| I don't know, I like those hubcaps.
They're better than the stupid wires I have.... |

| Yuck, I hated the wire caps mine had when I bought it. The 9C1 wheels look good on yours | |

| I do like the original hub caps too. The nice thing is there looks to be enough clearance between the hub cap and the center cap so I can throw my old hub caps on without taking anything off if the mood strikes me right. | |

| I hate my wires too. A lot. I would kill for some clean 9C1 wheels... but right now it just isn't in the budget. |

That is why I made my own (close enough anyways) for less than $100 using the plain steel wheels.

| Those look like the truck center caps. How did you get them to stay on? I have a set of those. |

| Looks good!! Always a Fan of the 9C1 wheels Might want to paint those wheel weights black so they blend in though. | |

I think I will. Too bad they didnt put them on the inside like I asked them too! I also have to get some chrome lug nuts. It has the regular nuts that are open on the end. What is weird is there is one original chrome nut with the closed end. Kind of odd for a car that came with these wheels.

I cut the tops off the smaller black caps for cars and epoxied them to the inside of the larger truck lug covers. The caps were $25 at a local swap meet and included the new covers. I got the small lug covers free at a local yard.

| Wait... what?
So you just used regular lugs, then took the smaller lug cover's top, put it on the inside so the larger cover stays secure on your smaller lugs?
But my lugs aren't threaded for covers. Are they supposed to be? or did you not need them for your set up? |

| Oops, no I also had to get the threaded lugs from the yard, free also Cut the tops off the smaller caps to make them shorter and stuck the threaded portion into the larger cap. It fits like a glove and is not coming out anytime soon. | |

| Methinks I need to run to the junk yard. What car did you get your threaded lugs from? I know the ones on the trucks are larger. |

| I found them laying around the Grand Am's, Monte's, etc. The covers were a little to harder to find because many of the cars had caps with them made into them. An early 90's F Body (Camaro/Firebird) would be a perfect donor of both pieces. | |

| I got a line on a set of N97's with tires. I love them on a WB4 car but not sure how it'll look with my wagon with wood trim... Maybe its time to pull the wood off | |

| I am sure the 1A2s came with these wheels. The spare in mine was also the 9C1 type. I went and bought some lugs from autozone the other day, but think I will return them. They look really cheap (big surprise). | |
