oddball bracket

So, I removed the rear bumper cover to fix the bumper and found that the bracket under the DS tail light that holds the corner of the bumper cover has totally rusted away, literally gone. Does anyone have this part available? This is the PS for a reference.

Good day to you Sir. If? your vehicle is compatible with the 96 RMW that I am parting out, I do believe I may have one. I do not know what kind of condition it's in until I pull the rear bumper cover off.
Check with Mr. Fred Kiehl for compatibility and or he may have one. I'll just hang tough until you find out. Cheers,

Whitebird, you only need to remove the taillight and the trim on the bumper under the light to get access to the bracket. No mad rush to get it, my bumper is not going to fall off.
