Saw some cool stuff yarding today =)

Went to the yard today to pick up a Roadmaster armrest/cup holder. 5 b's in the yard, most of which were it pretty good condition, except for the only Roadie in the yard. It had a rough death.



*ouch*

On to the cool stuff! This is a different yard than usual for me, but I like it even though it's a bit farther away (quite a bit actually). The reason is, since it's in the middle of farm land, you can usually find some pretty cool/old stuff laying around. How about this longroof?



There were an abundance of what looked like 40's era sedans in the yard, and by abundance I mean 7 or 8.

Cool cars! Man that RMW got hit hard, but it looks like whoever was in it probably came out OK. Is that old wagon a Studebaker? Looks kinda like one with that dog leg style D pillar. That old Buick is really cool looking too!

It did look like whoever was in it came out relatively ok. They probably had a lot of cuts and bruises, maybe a broken leg, but it looks like they would have survived.

Great pics! Love seeing yard pics, especially the old stuff, though hate seeing a Roady that demolished.

Sounds good to me! The only thing is that since I'm in school, I'm not with the car from February til May, but next year I'll have my car at school with me, and I'll be in the clear Just send me a pm sometime when you're planning on coming down

Can't have your car on campus? THAT IS TORTURE.


One reason I actually PICKED my university was that they allowed freshman to have cars, and parking permits are free.

I am allowed to have my car on campus, but for the price of $300 per semester, it really ins't worth it. It sucks, but at least come fall 2012 I'll have free parking with my apartment
