| I had a 91 Roadmaster Estate years ago that got driven into the ground after 265k miles and being hit 4x's, then a tree falling on it that led to it's eventual scraping. I drove another car for years, but missed the wagon and would always be happy when I saw one. My other car got totaled when a kid ran a light, so I decided then that I wanted another wagon. I was recently was searching for a clean 95-96 wagon when I came upon a 91 Caprice wagon locally with 33k original miles. It was literally the "lil Old lady" car, though I bought it from a guy that sells cars who purchased it from her mechanic. It has some minor exterior and interior flaws that I will be correcting The alternator, belt and battery had recently been changed as well as it being converted to R 134a..... all the original dealer paperwork etc was included in the sale. I did have to change the water pump after driving it about 500 miles since it had a slight leak. I had an alarm, system, tint and rims installed and going to be addressing the other minor cosmetic issues like the damage to the passenger side of the tail gate, damaged tape on the B pillars, etc. I'm rebuilding the rear drums this weekend to be safe and going to upgrade the front rotors and pads soon. The shocks are still in good shape, but will be replaced with KYB's and eventually I will drop it slightly w better springs as things wear out. The seats etc are in exc condition, though the rear driver side rug had something spilled on it that discolored it. If anyone has any recommendations on who to purchase good fitting rugs and mats through, that would help? I'm also in search of a tan/ camel? cargo cover since it is missing as well as a passenger side tail light (I bought a Roadmaster one from a U-Pull it place, only to realize later they are shorter than my Caprice one) I'm glad a Impala friend told me of the site. I'm impressed with a lot of the wagons on here and I'm looking forward to learning more and checking out the Mid Atlantic WagonFest since it's not that far of a drive from Philly As I bought it Tailgate and tail light damage as well as bumper cover having been touched up badly Now

| Thanks guys! Jeff, nice wagon, I heard bad things about the ACC carpets, but after seeing yours and your tips, I will probably go with that in the Spring and just do new mats for now. I've got some POR15 sitting here and waiting for my friend to get some time at his garage to attack the bottom | |

| Holy Cow 33K? Unicorns do exist, lol. Welcome aboard, I haven't seen one that clean and original in a loooooong time (well other than Frank's of course)! Congrats.
Oh and always nice to see another Philly brother on here. Your name wouldn't be John would it (myself and another Philly member here are John)? | |
