| Yes, Mike. It actually stretches from Bay St.Louis to Ocean Springs, which covers 5 small coastal towns. They have parking in each town along the street, usually in the historic part of town. I have attended 17 of the 18 years. It draws people from every state and Canada. Close to 8,000 antiques and hot rods this year. Every year it grows.
The '82 Malibu wagon (1st pic I posted) is owned by a guy from Tyler, Texas who ordered and bought it new. We had a great conversation about wagons, you meet all kinds of nice car people there.

| Nice pics!......I was deployed to Long Beach as Katrina came ashore and spent two months in LB and Pass Christian....I stopped by there about a year ago and was surprised at the lack of building in the destroyed areas....I guess people learned.
Trying to explain what happened on that coast is impossible, like trying to describe the Grand Canyon to someone that hasn't been there. Words and descriptions don't even come close to the destruction I saw....

Trying to explain what happened on that coast is impossible, like trying to describe the Grand Canyon to someone that hasn't been there. Words and descriptions don't even come close to the destruction I saw.... My mom and dad lived in Waveland, MS at the time and they were probably 3 miles from the Gulf of Mexico, their neighbors stayed for the storm and almost paid the ultimate price. When the surge from the storm came in, it was a 27 foot wall of water, even 3 miles from Gulf! The neighbors were rescued from the roof of their house which floated up off the piers, turned house 180 degrees and sat it back down half way on the piers and other half on ground. strangest thing I ever seen. My mom and dads house, all the furniture in each roof was piled up against the wall where the water came in and rushed back out and left 2 feet of mud with it! Hope to never see another like that. Even though I have learned from that cars and possession's are just material things. It has made it a challenge to get junkyard parts and even find a 80's or 90's wagon in a yard here. I have gone at least once a month for last couple years and can count on one hand the wagons I have seen in the yards. I had to go 4 hours away just to buy a wagon!
