| Hi guys, What determined whether or not a car got a rear sway bar? Mine is a 95 RMW with V92 towing package, G80 limited slip & steering damper, but no rear sway bar.
I have read that the V92 rear axle is wider (among other differences) from non V92. Does this mean that lower trailing arms are farther apart?
Anyone know what's the biggest sway bars (front and rear) that will fit on my car?
Thanks | |

| Plenty of great choices for sway bars. Several on here run the Hotckiss, others like myself, run the Bell tech. The Panther bar is a great low cost rear bar mod. Check out the archives for more details. | |

| Also, V92 rear axle is the same width as all other 91-96 wagons. | |

| I see that the rear sway bars offered have mounting holes for vertical bolts, but the lower trailing arms have mounting holes for horizontal bolts. Does anyone sell mounting brackets, or is this something that has to be home made?
Thanks. | |

| Look at how a bar mounts on sedans. An insert bolts into the arm from the sides, then the bar bolts on the bottom. | |

That's what I figured. The swaybar kits that I've looked at don't specify if such inserts are included, though none are visible in product photos on Summit. | |
