Parts stores normally carry the hose in bulk, I know I have seen it at O’reilly before.
Amazon has the hose and a big pack of couplers for a whopping 5 bucks.

i am referring to the tiny hose that runs from the wiper arms to the larger diameter hose which connects to the washer pump.. i have the amazon pack of hose/couplers, would like spare hose and couplers to connect the wiper arm hose to the hose that emerges at the base of the wiper 'post'.. thanks

The coupling parts are only available from donor cars. That may also true for the hose.
