Hi Gang
Well, the steering box on "HER GSX" decided to pass away (at 197K miles) while here in Detroit. Mad Crying or Very sad The play that was "acceptable" when I left grew more and more during our stay. Finally it got really bad. After a couple phone calls, we had a new (reman) steering box (with lifetime warranty) from a rebuilder here in Detroit. An Impala SS steering box, no less! Very Happy We only lost a morning of exploring/cruising (back rollin at 1 PM) with a nice "new/reman" (to the wagon) Impala SS steering box. I really like the quicker steering on the Buick GSX wagon. Very Happy

Well I was back in the good ole USA about 90 minutes and I got my first phone call.

Naturally it was wagon related, lmao.

Larry called to say high from the middle of the cruise as he was creeping along somewhere 5 miles from Pontiac, MI.

Gave me the whole rundown, 1.5 million peeps affraid a Gazillion cars everywhere, The "Hot Rod Bathroom" is best seen in person as is Pat's Latest creation....

Promised I'd post up the good tidings from Woodward before I pass out..
