| Congrats on the engagement.
Looking at your wagon it really does not look all that bad - At least you can still tell what it is :-)
It is impressive that the cabin on the wagon looks like it is 100% intact. Glad to see that these older cars hold up a lot better then some of the newer stuff. I shudder to think what my commuter Corolla would look like after a hit like that.

| Benn, it was a side impact the sensors for the air bag are in the rad cradle and my rad cradle wasn't hurt
if I had tbonned the bell van instead of it t bonning me my air bag would have popped

| I don't hit this part of the forum too much, and just noticed this thread. It is good that you are still with us.
That car is a mell of a hess. Without all that steel around you, it might be a different story. I am sure another wagon is in your future.
Maybe the insurance company can get you an upgrade on the ring.
I might have enough parts in my dad's garage to build you another car.
I saw a Roadie sedan that was hit so hard the C pillar almost touched the B pillar, but yours looks even worse.
Thankfully you got to see another Christmas.

| It's been two days since the 1 year anniversary of my accident.
I'm reflecting on the events of this past year, I've been through a lot. Thinking back to the amount of pain that I was in this time last year, and how much better I now feel today.
I have a lot to be thankful for.
All the friends that I have here on this forum and here locally who all came to my help.
John aka Bewber who did so much last year to help me out. He selflessly went far out of his way to help me. I greatly appreciate everything you did for me, You are a great friend.
Jimbeau aka Jimbeau you also helped me out this year, I look forward to going to more junk yards with you in the near future. You are also a great friend you help keep me sane in an other wise insane world.
Robert aka Krzdiamond who helped me in locating and saving my my new to me 95 caprice wagon, he also helped with the modifications that helped turn it into the pontiac parisienne that it now looks like. Even though I like to tease you about the water soluble paint you used on the front bumper cover I do so appreciate everything you did for me this year, you are also a great friend.
John aka sprocket, A part of you is with me every time I drive my wagon. You have done a lot for me this past year, it's greatly appreciated. You are a great friend and a good person.
Ray, AKA stingroo who also did a lot for me when it came time to fly down and pick up the wagon. Despite the hote, everything you did was greatly appreciated. You are good person and a great friend
In fact I appreciate everyone on this forum and consider all of you good friends.
Even Nick aka phantom 309, who has also helped me out in the past year, you got a good heart, and your a good friend
This accident is still an on going battle with the insurance companies/lawyers....
I'm still recovering from the injuries. l have on going issues with some nerve damage in my upper left chest, and both arms. I still have some memory loss from the mild head injury. My stamina is still lower than it was prior to the accident, but it's getting better.
I'm still alive
Thanks for all of your kind words and thoughts you've posted this past year
Pat
