| Do you have a pic of the setup? Are the intermediates pretty nice? 2 1/2in? It really does sound great I have to have the whole exhaust redone on mine..so I would love to have some nice intermediates that are mandral bent. I can live with the crinkle bends over the axle. | |

Chris, Thanks for the compliments! They are the Dynomax 2.5" pipes. Ordered from Summit. I even painted them flat black with some VHT header paint because the DGGM Roady will be driven in the winter. Ignore the rust on the underside. I also have some touchup work to do on the paint....

| Very nice. I think I'll do that to mine. Did you have someone install this or did you do it yourself? Was it difficult to get the mufflers separated from the tails?
Oh... and these are 2-1/2" offset/offset mufflers, yes? Then just an adaptor to the tails?
Sorry for all the questions. Again, nice job!

| Not to hijack..... The Dynomax intermediates and Summit Turbos are a direct fit and the Dynomax OTA pipes for the Imp will need to be modified, but will get you a complete 2.5" setup, without the resonators. (the rattle has been fixed ) | |

Sorry for all the questions. Again, nice job! When I seperated my mufflers from the tails...I make little slices with my dremel cut off wheel...then took a chisel and peeled the muffler pipe back until the tails came free. Ruins the muffler pipe, but not the tails. I have easily taken others apart without the slices, but they were not rusted solid like my current wagon. Chris ps. Those intermediate pipes look NICE!

Sorry for all the questions. Again, nice job! Thanks again for the compliments guys! I had a small local shop install them. When I got the car back initially, I had a high pitched sound whenever I would accelerate heavily. Got under the car and found an exhaust leak at the reducers. Brought it back and asked them to fix it. They put some kind of sealer on the pipes. When I told the guy I didn't think the clamps were in the right spot, he told me they were. (They are closer to the muffler case than the muffler outlet). Hopefully the sealant holds up to the weather. Parts included: Summit Turbo Mufflers 2.5" ID/OD Offset PN SUM-630225 Dynomax 2.5 OD to 2 ID PN WLK-41960 Dynomax Intermediate Pipe PN's WLK-45687 and WLK-45688 Parts: $164 Install: $153 (little higher than I wanted, but oh well...) Total: $317 Also used VHT Flat Black Header Paint on the pipes. This stuff was easy to spray and will hopefully prolong the life of the pipes. The best part is that they will get a little louder as time goes on Krzdimond - I would have used the Dynomax tails also but since this is my daily driver, I just left them alone. Still need tails made for the White RMW....

Thanks! Definitely recommend the header paint route. Looks good, keeps the heat in and should help extend pipe life!
