Rock Chip Rust Empty
PostSubject: Rock Chip Rust   Rock Chip Rust Icon_minitimeThu Mar 25, 2010 10:50 pm

Any ideas of removing my myriad of rock chip rust spots on my white hood above the grille areas?
Thanks
Heard about http://www.Drcolorchip.com But wondering how to prep for this application?

Upon reading the FAQs section of Dr Colorchip site, I read about the (now discontinued)3M Rust Avenger rust pen. But Eastwood.com carries a similar item. Looks like there is hope.

Try some cutting fluid or heavy cut rubbing compound, then seal the chip with white finger nail polish. Works great.
